Bergman & Bergman Real Estate was created by brothers Jay Bergman and Lance Bergman in 1996.

Jay Bergman, Esq

Originally from Los Angeles, Jay majored in real estate while earning his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Graduating in 1989, Jay moved back to Los Angeles, obtained his California Real Estate Agent’s license and began working with Coldwell Banker Commercial (now known as CB/Richard Ellis) in their office leasing division. He subsequently returned to school and earned a Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University Law School in Los Angeles, where he was also a member of the Law Review. Jay was admitted to the California State Bar as a license California Attorney in 1994. Jay also holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License.

Lance Bergman

After growing up in the Los Angeles area, Lance attended the University Of Colorado at Boulder and received a degree in business and communications.  Immediately after receiving his Bachelors degree, Lance owned and operated a wireless communications  company in the West Los Angeles area for five successful years.  In 1996 he sold the company to private investors and pursued his desire to work in real estate.  Lance has developed an extensive knowledge and understanding of the real estate market, and also acquired his general contractor license in 1998 to assist in the development and management of various real estate projects.
